• Enrollment Fee:  $150
• Extended-care Enrollment fee: $30
• Extended care rates: $.80 per quarter-hour, which totals $3.20 per hour

Financial Policies

1. The monthly tuition will be paid in 10 equal payments August 2009-May 2010.  We recommend paying by electronic bank debit (ACH) on the 1st of each month.  We can only accommodate one bank account and one payment date per family.  NBC will draft the entire balance each month. If families choose not to use the electronic bank debit and pay monthly by check or cash, the additional cost of processing non-ACH payments will result in a $20 per month, per family bookkeeping charge to cover bank fees.

2. A $20 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance after the 15th of the month.

3. Payments not honored by the bank will incur a $30 fee.

4. Should an account balance become 30 days past due, the student will be asked to withdraw.  Any past due balance will be reported to credit agencies at the discretion of NCPS Administration.

5. In the event of voluntary or involuntary withdrawal on or after the first day of school, tuition will be due for the entire month.  If a student attends even one day of the month, the parent is responsible for the full tuition for that month.  Any refund due will be reimbursed by the end of the school year.
