Practice Schedule
- Monday-Friday after school, 3:30-5:45 and
- Saturday, 8:30-11:00 A.M. unless there is a meet scheduled.
- Morning practices will be Monday and Friday from 6 to 7 A.M at Bardmoor (swimming) and Wednesday from 6:15-7:15 A.M. at school (conditioning). Morning practices are not mandatory and will be discussed individually.
Bring to practice: Swim suit, cap, goggles, towel, shorts and t-shirt, running shoes, water bottle. If you have swim gear (pull buoy, fins etc.), bring as well.
