Welcome to Middle School

The middle school faculty and staff want to extend our warmest welcome to all of the families that will be part of our middle school this year. We are looking forward to a strong partnership with you as we “build” into the lives of your children.

A new school year brings many opportunities for ALL of us to grow toward our God-given potential. These three middle school years are filled with "transition periods".  Believe me, this is not only a key transition time for students, but also for parents.  Students are seeking a balance between independence as a young adult, and the dependence of a child.  Parents are learning to step back and allow their children room to grow into their responsibilities, yet maintain their position as a stable, positive authority figure.   We want students to learn that they are accountable for their decisions.  Consequences result from everything we do, good and bad.

As your administrator, I trust that you will find Northside Christian Middle School to be a uniquely positive approach to the education of your child.  Our basis is Jesus Christ, whom we recognize as Savior and Lord.  Having that as our foundation, we build our curriculum on biblical principles with a faculty and staff that is committed to provide a high quality academic, extracurricular, and spiritual program.  The end product we desire is that our students are reaching their God-given potential and have gained a strong foundation in on which they can continue to build.

Sincerely in Christ,
Tom Keller, Middle School Principal
