Reenrollment

Re-enrollment is upon us and we desire to have every current Northside student re-enroll. 

Blue Arrows On-line re-enrollment

On-line re-enrollment will be available beginning February 4, 2013. Detailed instructions were mailed to every family in January, and are available on our website here. We strongly suggest that you have a printed copy of the instructions in front of you before beginning online re-enrollment.

Calendar & Clock Icon One week to take advantage of the re-enrollment fee discount

Parents of current NCS students will be able to re-enroll their children February 4-8, 2013 to take advantage of the fee discount. During this week only, the re-enrollment fee is $175 for one child, $300 for two children, and $400 for three or more children.  The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Re-enrollment after February 10th

  • After February 8, 2013, enrollment will be opened to the public.  Current students who are not re-enrolled will no longer be guaranteed a position should their grade level reach capacity.
  • The re-enrollment fee will increase February 9 – March 31, 2013 to $225 for one child, $350 for two children, and $450 for three or more children. The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable.
  • The re-enrollment fee will increase April 1, 2013 to $275 for one child, $400 for two children, and $500 for three or more children. The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Help Icon For Re-Enrollment Assistance

Parents may receive assistance re-enrolling their children on February 6 & 7, 2013, from 2:00-7:00 p.m. in the Middle/High Library.  You may also contact Mrs. Jen Chase, our registrar, at 727-541-7593 x251 for help.  Please do not wait until the last few days to re-enroll, as you may miss the February 8th discount deadline. 

Thumbs Up Icon Tuition Discounts

Multiple child tuition discounts will be available for preschool students attending 5 full days only and grades K-12. A discount of $500 is offered for a second child and $1,000 for each additional child.

Prepaid Tuition Discount – A 1% tuition discount is available for prepaid tuition paid by check or cash. Credit card payments are not eligible for the discount. Prepaid tuition payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge if paid with credit cards. This surcharge will be discounted for cash payments including personal checks.

Ambassador Program – Current families may earn tuition discounts by referring their friends to NCS. The new family must indicate on their application the name of the referring NCS family.  Once the new student is enrolled, the new family will receive a $100 gift certificate to the school store. The referring NCS family will receive a $500 family tuition discount.
