     Coach: Pat Fiore

James "Pat" Fiore, Ph.D. is in his inaugural season as the Softball Head Coach of the Northside Christian School Mustangs Softball Team.  Coach Pat's responsibilities include being the facilitator of the coaching staff, as well as being a role model for the student-athletes both on and off the field.  Coach Pat is also a teacher at Clearwater High School and is serving in the Department of Exceptional Student Education.

Coach Pat is a graduate of Morris Catholic High School in Denville, NJ. Having relocated to Clearwater Beach, his passion is working with young people as a coach and mentor. His high school team won the Parochial B State Championship in his senior year of High School as he pitched a shutout in the State Final against a perrenial baseball powerhouse.  He also is one of the first members to be included in the school's Hall of Fame.

Pat attended Temple University on a full scholarship as a pitcher and first baseman.  Coach Pat was the only player to ever be given a full-scholarship to play at this Division 1 program.  The Owls went onto the college world series during his tenure and finished 3rd nationally.  It was the best four-year run in the history of the University.

Coach Pat has a Ph.D. in organizational development and recently embarked upon a new chapter in life, leaving the world on ministry and business coaching to re-enter his first love, teaching and coaching softball.  This is the fourth varsity program that Coach Pat will lead, and two of his previous programs were participants in their State Tournament.

Coach is married to his high school sweetheart and has two grown children and three grandchildren.  In his spare time he loves reading, traveling, scuba diving, and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
