Application Process
Applying to NCS
Northside Christian School has rolling admissions. We accept students throughout the school year as long as there is space availability in the grade. Applications are accepted more than a year in advance and can be filled out online CLICK HERE TO APPLY or a paper application can be requested by emailing Tessa.Madasz@ncsschools.com.
Admissions Checklist and Forms
To ensure an efficient admissions process, please submit the following items:
- If applying for preschool, complete a Preschool Application. Once the application is received, a 45 minute preschool observation will be scheduled with the preschool director.
- If applying for Kindergarten through 5th grade, a completed K-12 Application and shadow day or readiness test is required (exceptions can be made for out of town applicants).
- If applying for 6th – 12th grade, a completed K-12 Application, most recent report card and standardized test scores are required for acceptance. A shadow day is recommended, but not required.
- If accepted, the Registration Fee is $250 (non-refundable) for all grade levels.
- After acceptance, Florida Health Form 680, Florida Health Form 3040, a copy of the student's birth certificate, and a copy of the student's social security card is required before the first day of school.
Touring
Northside Christian Schools offers private tours of our campus for parents and students Monday – Friday from 8am to 3pm. To schedule a campus tour email Tessa.Madasz@ncsschools.com or call 727-541-7593 Option 1.
Shadowing
Students in 7th through 12th grade are invited to shadow another student for the entire day on any Monday, Tuesday, or Friday. Students in kindergarten through 6th grade can shadow Monday through Friday. Lunch is our treat the day of the shadow. Drop off is 8am and pick up is 2:30pm.
