Chapel
Since 1971, Northside Christian School has partnered with families to provide a Christ-centered education that develops the whole student—intellectually, emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
Students grow in their faith through weekly chapel services, small growth groups, mission opportunities, and service projects. Our Spiritual Life Director leads chapels for middle and high school students and organizes special events such as Spiritual Life Weeks, student lock-ins, and the annual family campout, which typically welcomes more than 100 NCS families to our beautiful wooded campus.
For younger students, chapels are lovingly planned by our dedicated faculty and staff. Parents are always invited to join us. Elementary chapel takes place on Friday mornings at 8:15, while chapels for other grade levels are held on Wednesdays.
These experiences help students build lasting spiritual foundations and strengthen their walk with Christ, both at school and beyond.
Bell Tower
Northside Christian School is an open enrollment school, welcoming students and families regardless of their religious background. Our teachers—representing a variety of Christian denominations—provide a Christ-centered education, with daily Bible classes from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
When a student chooses to follow Christ during their time at NCS, we celebrate this life-changing decision in a special way. At the heart of our campus stands the Bell Tower, where the student rings the bell before classmates, family, and friends to mark this meaningful moment of faith.
Our Relationship with Northside Baptist Church
Northside Christian School is a ministry of Northside Baptist Church, and NBC pastors are actively involved in the daily lives of our students. You might find them preaching in chapel services, leading worship, joining students for lunch in the cafeteria, or offering guidance and a listening ear whenever needed.
